Supplier Diversity Workshop for Clients - Wednesday 3rd April 2019

This workshop is for government organisations interested in how they embed supplier diversity into their procurement practice. Over the course of the day you will learn about the critical factors required for a good supplier diversity strategy for your organisation. This includes:

  • Supplier Diversity spend targets for your organisation and within contracts

  • Setting KPI's for key personnel within your organisation

  • Developing suppliers fit for your supply chain

  • Growing a positive supply diversity culture 

The workshop is facilitated by Murray Saylor, founder and Managing Director of Tagai Management Consulting. Brought to you by The Southern Initiative and our partners, the conference is happening in Auckland on Tuesday 14 May 2019.

Building on the success of last year’s conference this year will provide attendees with practical guidance on using the lever of procurement to drive diverse supply chains, not only because it makes good business sense, but it also achieves positive social outcomes.

 

This year the focus will be on supplier diversity.
